What you can expect!

Regarding the retention and archiving of materials that a member must keep for legal compliance reasons, we offer data extraction or the ability to keep the account active.

Option #1: Easy extraction of all relevant documents without any manual action needed from the customer. Sherpany extracts all relevant meeting and library documents that were accessible to the concerned member(s), including their personal annotations. A convenient .zip file can either be stored at the company or shared with the member for his/her own storage.

Option #2: Option for the member to keep their account but be removed from the group(s). They will maintain access to past meetings they were privy to. The license cost for the customer remains.
