What you can expect!

For materials that a member must retain or archive for legal compliance purposes, Sherpany offers an individual data extraction service. 

Sherpany extracts the relevant meeting and library documents accessible to the concerned member, including their personal annotations. The extracted materials are provided in a convenient .zip file that can be stored by the company or the member. 

The extraction is performed at the room level. If the member has or had access to multiple rooms, a separate extraction is required for each room.
